Dr. de la Chesnaye is responsible for executive leadership, energy strategy, and business development. He has more than 25 years of experience implementing initiatives in the private sector, non-profit organizations, and national governments related to climate change, energy systems, and environmental sustainability.
Dr. de la Chesnaye has served on external expert panels including EPA’s Scientific Advisory Board, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, and the 2007 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
