Jasmine Sirko

Dr. Sirko is responsible for budgeting, planning, operations, systems, and administration at OnLocation. She is a skilled administrator with experience in the public, non-profit, and private sectors.

Dr. Sirko earned her Doctor of Public Administration, specialization in Program Administration, at the University of Baltimore. Her research explored the role and impact of informal social networks in addressing food inequities. She was named an American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) Founder’s Fellow in 2020.
